Progressive training programs are offered in the arts of classical ballet, modern, jazz, tap, lyrical, musical theatre, vocal training, and acting, hip hop, body conditioning and Pilates. The year round program offers a complete General Division, Professional Division and Senior Professional Program. While the Academy recognizes that all their students may not become professional dancers, it believes in providing an environment in which students are motivated to set their own goals.

Many of the Academy's students are Award winners both at the local and provincial level. Each year several of the Academy's students are accepted by North America's most prestigious dance institutions. To date, graduates of the Academy are dancing with companies such as the Canadian National Ballet, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Les Ballet Jazz de Montreal, Alberta Ballet, Bad Boys of Dance, Atlantic Ballet, Batsheva Dance, Louisville Ballet and Ballet Jorgen. In addition to instilling the joy of dance in all it's students, the Academy prepares dancers technically and through an abundance of opportunities, for a career with a professional dance company or dance education at a university level.

The Academy is unique in the Lower Mainland as it produces dancers of the highest standard in classical ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip-hop, and musical theatre, and has led its graduates to become Canada's newest young, professionals. Excellent training is provided to both our professional and general divisions
