Gurdial (Dale) is a professional real estate agent with nearly 32 years of experience in the Vancouver, lower mainland market. Born in Punjab, India, Dale immigrated to Canada with his family in 1975 and grew up in Merritt, BC.

He became a licensed real estate agent in 1987, specializing in residential and first-time home buyer services.
